I completely understand that attending the therapy for the first time can be both exciting and scary. Whether you book counselling or hypnotherapy session, I will ask you to tell me more about yourself, your life, hobbies etc. We will then talk about what is bringing you to therapy and if you have any expectations. It’s okay if you don’t have expectations and a goal in your mind, this is something we can address in subsequent sessions.

At the moment, I am not cooperating with health insurance companies.

The number of sessions required varies depending on the individual and the nature of the issue being addressed. Typically, clients may see significant improvement within a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. Book a free consultation today and we can discuss this further.

Hypnotherapy works by taking you to a state of deep relaxation where the brain becomes highly focused and receptive to positive suggestions. Positive suggestions are the invitations to do something that will help you to achieve your goal (for example “Close your eyes now and take a nice, long, deep breath in”). Through the process of relaxation, we will get deeper into your emotions, thoughts and behaviours and explore the underlying cause of the issue you have. Being in hypnosis is like watching a movie or reading a book you really like where you are fully concentrated on the content.

No, you will not lose control during hypnosis. You will remain aware of your surroundings, and in control of your actions. You won’t be asleep, you will be simply relaxed. Hypnosis is a collaborative process where you’re actively involved and cannot be forced to do anything against your will.

I am working evenings on Wednesday and Thursday. The latest appointment is at 7 pm. I am also working some Saturday’s morning, from 10 am till 12 pm.

I am working with adults only (18+).

Yes, I am using Google Meet for online sessions.
